Betrayed: Senate Passes Wolf Budget Delisting Slaughter Bill…

VOTE 81-19

Very, very sad news. The Senate  has voted to pass the  budget bill containing Jon Tester’s wolf delisting rider.  I really can’t say much more right now, I’m too devastated by this news. Wolves will  be turned over to brutal state management, with no judicial review, meaning they are delisted forever.

I’ll post more on this later tonight, right now I’m going to try to come to terms with this horrible decision by the Senate Democrats to throw wolves under the bus for Tester’ Senate seat in the 2012 election. They will now be known as the party that gutted the Endangered Species Act and politically stripped wolves of  their protections, something never done before since the ESA was enacted.

I will never vote for another Democrat in my life again. I don’t consider that party to be anything I want to be affiliated with. They have made a huge mis-calculation if they don’t think they will pay a political price for what they’ve done. Just wait until all the dead wolf pictures start showing up on the Internet and the wolf hunts start. We should all be sure to  keep them informed how the wolf hunts and wolf persecution is going. Shame on them!!

This is the Senate vote breakdown. The Yea votes all betrayed wolves. We won’t forget their names.

Budget Bill Passes House by 260-167, The Senate Votes Later Today, Keep Calling Senate Dems…

UPDATE: APRIL 14, 2011 @ 1:33pm MTN

HOW THEY VOTED

http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2011/roll268.xml

This is bad news but expected.  We now have to concentrate on the Senate and continue to call Senators reminding them a yes vote on the wolf delisting budget bill will strip wolves of their ESA protections and gut the ESA. Is this the legacy the Democrats what to follow them around forever? The party that destroyed the ESA and allowed wolves to be “managed/killed” by brutal state plans?  Please continue to call Democrat Senators until the vote comes to the floor later on today.

Budget Deal Passes House Vote

The House, in a bipartisan vote, has passed a yearlong government funding measure cutting $38 billion from the budget and closing out sometimes quarrelsome negotiations between the Obama administration and Republicans dominating the House.

The measure passed Thursday by a 260-167 vote in which dozens of Democrats made up for defections from tea party-backed GOP conservatives. The Senate was poised to vote later in the day and the president has said he’ll sign it into law.

This is a developing story… More information to come…

This was reported by The Hill last night, so if anyone has a more updated count, please post it.

You can see Harry Reid and Chuck Schumer support the bill. A complete betrayal. So many Senators are not listed, they’re probably running for cover.

Keep calling the Senate Dems that are not on the no list and tell them you will never vote for another Democrat again if they allow this to pass.

Tango With Wolves…

Limpy

Killed in March 08, on the very day ESA protections were briefly lifted for the gray wolf, by the then Bush Administration.

=======

Sorry everyone if I’m so quiet tonight but there isn’t much else to say. I normally answer your comments but I find myself reliving 2009. I have by no means given up. I will be calling all day tomorrow as Congress deliberates and votes. Please do the same. Keep the pressure on the Senate because they need sixty votes to pass. It will be an up or down vote and we will see who betrays wolves. They won’t be able to hide from it or spin their vote. It will be laid bare for everyone to see.

The Democrats have the ability to defeat this. If they don’t they will forever be remembered as the party who gutted the ESA and deprived wolves of its protection. Quite the legacy.

KEEP CALLING TODAY!!

They will debating and voting in the House first. then the Senate. It’s going to be a very long and nerve-wracking day for all of us.

God Bless You All and God Bless The Wolves,
Nabeki
