      Amen to that Rhonda but even in Yellowstone they won’t be safe because when hunting season starts wolves can and do cross over the boundary. That’s how the famed Cottonwood pack was decimated by the hunters during the first hunts in 2009. They were just waiting for these wolves, who had never been hunted and were habituated to people, having lived in the park all their lives. They were sitting ducks.

He/she is so young with so much to learn and the burden of survival which is so much more than ours. I view it as a sign of horrible things to come…

    I am tempted to send it to Jon Tester but he will just toss it in the trash..

      That is one of the saddest things I’ve read g… These poor little pups with no future. Heartbreaking. I do see some hope on the horizon, no matter how small. We are a mighty group and can do great things. I know we will find a way out of this for wolves. I have to believe that.
