Tortured senior dog found in Pennsylvania pond, owner is devastated

This really hit home for me.One of my most beloved pets, a beautiful Rottweiler like Aussia, was a victim of an animal poisoner but miraculously survived the attack.

There is true evil in this world. Rest in peace dear, sweet Aussia!

I know what it is to deal with loss of a pet and this particular case is unspeakable. I pray for peace over her Laura’s mind. Just know that Aussie is waiting for you in Rainbow’s Bridge, and she is free of pain.

      Agreed! There is true evil in this world, and unfortunately those responsible are seldom punished or not punished enough because their victims are nonhuman. Until we accord animals the respect and care they deserve, we will be mourning for the suffering and deaths of the wolves, the other wild ones, the cattle killed for food, the pet tortured and killed. The top preditors in this world, people, are ruining life for the rest.

      There are those who prey on people saying they will give your animal a good home. I was in a situation where I had to give up my wonderful dog, & the person who responded with a pack of lies about wanting him, sold him for experimentation!!! I found out because I tracked him down & investigated only too late. That was the 1st & last time I will ever rehome any animal. This is why I like animals more than people, people are sick, devious, mean & nasty & there should be laws about people who are so abusive to these wonderful creatures.

    Just got back from Canyon de Chelly in Arizona where in the surrounding communities live mostly Navajo. I have never seen so much poverty. What I also was unprepaired to see wild horses so thin you could see every rib. One was hanging out near corraled horses waiting for a handout. Even sadder was seeing a dead dog being eaten on by another stray dog along the side of the highway. Talk about disrespect and Cruelty.
