  6. The wolves as well as all of the other sentient beings murdered for “thanksgiving” are forever in my heart and I pledge to always speak for them since their voices go unheeded.

  7. Thanks everyone that has been calling and emailing The Whitehouse, their Congressman, Senators, or even posting to get this injustice of the Wolves destruction out West. It is Great News about the ones the FEDS just saved from this senseless destruction (in Idaho) of one of America’s treasures. Keep Howling for them. They are finally starting to listen to us according to the Government personnel that have contacted me. The fight is not over. Please Post this site.

  10. In my heart on Thanksgiving, and every day of the year. I will be happy this year knowing that there is once again a wolf in the Grand Canyon. And I am especially grateful for everyone’s successful efforts to prevent the atrocious Idaho wolf and predator derby.

  12. Hey, thank YOU for caring about wolves!

If you’re feeling sufficiently thankful yourselves, here is Wisconsin’s Derse Foundation:
    dersefoundation.org
which has its now sole goal: “PROMOTE SCIENTIFIC WOLF MANAGEMENT AND RESPECT FOR THE PUBLIC TRUST. STOP PEOPLE FROM USING DOGS TO TRAIL, TRACK, OR HUNT WOLVES”

I’m far away from there, even though I have relatives in Northern WI, but find that MN, MI’s UP, and Northern WI still has a great chance of changing public tolerance of wolves – From the fight to end wolf hunting there will come greater tolerance in the West.

  14. I’m thankful for the wolves that have survived. I’m hoping they will continue to live their lives out and be free to walk the land where their ancestors came from.

  18. Happy Thanksgiving and as always.

We Aussies obviously don’t have Thanksgiving. You see, it is a well known fact that everything in Australia wants us to suffer a slow painful death, including the plants (i.e. the Gympie Gympie – the plant from hell), so we are always grateful for every day that this country finds it in its otherwise merciless blackened withered speck of a heart not to kill us.
Please excuse me while my brain boils in its own fluid 😛

Actually gave it a try with a friend from the US… and just so weird… maybe I’m just a grumpy git with old man syndrome. Also first time making and tasting pumpkin pie… strange texture and taste… but still good.
